Current Market conditions in the Fraser Valley
Current Sales for the Month of November as of the 30th, for the entire Fraser Valley Real Estate Board stand at 871. Last month at this time (October) the sales were 984 and last Novermber there had been 1,065 sales reported to the Board. So the seasonal trend continues while lagging behind last year's monthly volume for November by a considerable amount.
