Current Market conditions in the Fraser Valley
Current Sales for the Month of November as of the 23rd, for the entire Fraser Valley Real Estate Board stand at 659. Last month at this time (October) the sales were 746 and last November, at this time, there had been 826 sales reported to the Board. Current membership: 2,870 Realtors.
This is certainly a seasonal trend...but much quieter sales activities than normal.....next month it really slows down.
